Personalised form completion service to ensure your application doesn't go south!
I provide guidance and support to help you complete your PIP application with clarity and confidence. This includes explaining the form, advising on language and terminology, breaking down the PIP criteria, and writing responses. I also offer mock assessments to help you prepare, emotional support to reduce stress, and signposting to additional resources if needed.
The guidance and tips provided aim to support you understanding eligibility and completing your PIP application. I do not guarantee approval, as decisions are made by the DWP. Payment covers the time, expertise, and assistance offered, not the outcome of your claim. I do not provide legal representation or advice.
To you. Now, more than ever, with potential changes to benefit eligibility you may feel overwhelmed by the complexity of the entire process, unsure whether to apply and how to navigate the lengthy application. This is why is is even more important to seek the service of someone who has helped others navigate through it successfully.
PIP assessments use specific descriptors to determine eligibility. I will help you understand these descriptors and how they apply to your individual situation. By explaining how daily challenges align with the PIP scoring system, I guide you to provide responses that accurately reflect their needs.
You, like many people may feel overwhelmed by the length and complexity of the PIP form. I break it down section by section, explaining what each question is really asking. I provide guidance on structuring responses for clarity and completeness, ensuring you feel more confident in tackling the form.
The way a PIP application is worded can make a significant difference. I help you express your daily struggles and limitations in a way that aligns with the PIP criteria. This includes suggesting clearer wording, avoiding common mistakes, and providing real-world examples of effective phrasing.
Before submitting a PIP application, it’s crucial to ensure that responses are clear, detailed, and relevant. If you have already completed the form I will review draft answers, suggesting improvements where necessary while ensuring key information isn’t missed. Alternatively, I can write the answers from the outset.
The assessment can be daunting, especially if you struggle with communication or anxiety. I offer a practice session where we go through common assessment questions in a role-playing format. This helps you prepare for real-life assessments, understand what to expect, and learn how to communicate your difficulties effectively.
Filling out a PIP application or attending an assessment can be stressful and emotionally draining. I offer reassurance, helping you feel less alone in the process. By providing encouragement and practical advice, I help build confidence and reduce anxiety. My service helps you present your case as accurately and strongly as possible.
I’m a passionate advocate for the most vulnerable in our society. In my early 50s and a Personal Independence Payment (PIP) recipient myself, I understand first-hand how challenging and overwhelming the application process can be. With a background in health and social care, I have dedicated my career to working with purpose—ensuring that people receive the support and guidance they deserve. My work is driven by the belief that no one should struggle alone when navigating the complexities of the benefits system.
Living with a significant number of medical conditions, I wasn’t even aware of PIP—let alone whether I would qualify for this essential support. As I started researching, I quickly realised how confusing and daunting the process could be. With ongoing changes to the UK benefit system, even more people need support—first, to understand if they are eligible, and then, to navigate the application process successfully. Having gone through this journey myself, I am in the best position to help others who may be feeling lost, overwhelmed, or unsure about where to start.
I am here to allay fears, offer comfort, and provide clarity—especially when it comes to understanding the points system on the PIP form. Through lived experience, I guide people with honesty, empathy, and practical support, making sure they feel heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
For a flat fee of £89, you’ll receive a guided consultation in order for me to complete your PIP application form using the correct language and terminology to maximise your scoring potential against the PIP assessment criteria.
This service ensures that your responses align with the descriptors used by assessors, increasing the likelihood of a successful claim.
As part of the process, I recommend gathering supporting medical evidence, such as GP letters, consultant reports, or occupational therapy assessments. Qualitative evidence is crucial to all applications.
I will clearly explain the variability of your condition, ensuring the assessors understand both the physical and mental challenges you face. If needed, I offer advice on preparing for the assessment stage and what to expect during a
face-to-face, phone, or video interview.
The initial consultation is a free 15-minute session that allows me to understand your situation and assess whether I can assist you. While I cannot decide whether or not you should submit a PIP application, I will be honest if I feel I am not able to represent you effectively.
To proceed with the service, a flat fee of £89 must be paid before any ongoing work begins. Please note that this fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee that PIP will be awarded. Payment by BACS.
Together with the information you provide, I will write the responses to the various sections of the form. This is an online form, and I will share my screen with you so you can watch every step of the process.
I can offer either remote or face-to-face support if you're based in Cheshire. Please note that there is an additional fee for face-to-face consultations, which will depend on your location and the extra time required to provide the service.
Face-to-face meetings will be conducted in a public place to ensure safety and security. We will ensure that the space provides privacy, given the sensitive nature of the service, so you can feel comfortable discussing your personal information.
I will not hold any personal details for this service. The online form will be filled in with you as I guide you through the responses. While I understand you may be sharing personal information about your health, I do not make any notes—every answer is written directly on your form with you.
Submitting the form will be your responsibility. You will most likely need to attach documents to the completed online form before submitting it. If we complete a paper form, you will also be required to post it yourself.
"I found Jen to be so approachable, warm and clearly understanding. I was very anxious but Jen was able to calm me down and ask the right questions to unearth the plethora of my health conditions and she articulated what was necessary for MY application. I thought for such an economical fee, I would be rushed through the consultation, but Jen was patient and caring to ensure my application was fully completed".
"Jen helped me with my PIP claim in November , 2024. I was so terrified I did not want to do it alone and just needed somebody who knew a knowledgeable person to help me. Jen broke each section down and worked with me to write answers that truly represented the challenges I go through. She gave me the confidence to process everything, and guided me through, step by step, on how my conditions affect my daily living and mobility. I was awarded PIP within 2 months and I could not have done this without Jen's help."

"Thank you Jen for filling in the PIP form with me. Without your guidance and insight I would not have included so much towards putting my daily difficulties forward. I would recommend Jen to anyone especially those who are ADHD or Autistic."
